How does Valueback actually make money?
When your purchase is tracked through our link, the store pays Valueback a small referral commission. We share a portion of that commission with you as cashback — the rest covers our running costs.
Why does cashback show as "pending" for a while?
Stores confirm orders only after their own return window closes, so nothing is finalized on our end until they do. Pending cashback becomes withdrawable once the store confirms the sale.
What if my cashback doesn't track?
Ad blockers, browser extensions, or navigating away before checkout can occasionally interrupt tracking. You can file a missing-cashback claim from your account with your order ID, and we follow up with the store directly.
How do I withdraw my balance?
From your account, request a withdrawal to a linked bank account or UPI ID once your confirmed balance meets the minimum withdrawal amount shown on your dashboard.
Is there a fee to join?
