- Information you give us directly — name, email address, phone number, and payout details (bank account or UPI ID) when you create an account, request a withdrawal, or contact support.
- Information collected automatically — device type, browser, IP address, pages visited, and click-through events, collected via cookies and similar technologies described in Section 4.
- Information from partner stores — order confirmation, order value, and order status, received from the stores you shop at through our links, so that cashback can be calculated and tracked.
2. How we use this information
- To track eligible purchases and calculate cashback owed to your account
- To process withdrawals to your linked bank account or UPI ID
- To communicate with you about your orders, balance, and account security
- To investigate missing-cashback claims with partner stores
- To detect and prevent fraud, including click fraud and duplicate accounts
- To improve the site based on aggregated, non-identifying usage patterns
3. What we don't do
- We don't sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.
- We don't share your payout details with partner stores — stores only receive the order and click information needed to confirm a purchase.
- We don't use your data to send unrelated marketing from third parties.
4. Cookies and tracking
Valueback uses cookies to remember that you clicked through to a store from our site, which is how a purchase gets linked to your account for cashback. We also use cookies for basic analytics — understanding which pages are used, not for building advertising profiles. You can disable cookies in your browser, but doing so may prevent cashback tracking from working correctly.
5. Sharing with partner stores
To pay cashback, we need to confirm that a purchase happened. Partner stores share order status and order value with us for orders that originated from a Valueback click. We do not share your name, email, or payout information with these stores as part of that process.
6. Data retention
We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period after closure to resolve any pending cashback claims, meet tax and accounting obligations, and prevent fraud.
7. Your choices
- You can review and update your account details at any time from your dashboard.
- You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- You can request that we delete your account and associated personal data, subject to any pending payouts or legal retention requirements.
- You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails using the link in any marketing message.

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including restricted access to payout data and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's privacy
Valueback is not directed at children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices change. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
